The Return Process
Step 1
Document the Item
Take clear photos and short videos showing the product, tags, packaging, and any defects. Keep files ready to email.
Step 2
Email Our Team
Send your order number, reason for return, and all photos/videos to hello@germancollar.com (see our Contact page for support details).
Step 3
Pack Securely
Use original packaging where possible. Include proof of purchase and ensure the item is unworn with tags attached.
Step 4
Ship & Track
Once approved, follow return instructions from our team. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer.
Exchanges
Complimentary domestic exchanges for size or colour when in stock. Price differences charged or refunded accordingly.
